HEALWA welcomes Patricia Devine, MLS, as the new Community Outreach Coordinator, effective October 1. She will be managing the day-to-day HEALWA operations, develop outreach programs, and collaborate with agencies, professional organization and advisory bodies to expand use of HEALWA by eligible healthcare professionals throughout the state. Pat has worked with healthcare providers at the National Network of Libraries of Medicine, Pacific NW Region, for several years. She is an active member of the Medical Library Association and is interested in health disparities, addiction medicine, and health literacy.
